Meet Amy
After spending years as a competitive Irish dancer and being drawn to various sports Amy, always curious about what the body can do, fell in love with yoga just over 6 years ago. In yoga she found a balance of strength and flexibility that kept drawing her back.
A lifelong learner in various movement practices including power vinyasa, ashtanga, acro, yin, dance and handstands Amy is not just passionate about yoga but about all movement and its powerful effect on the body and mind.
In Amy’s class be prepared to work, sweat, play and explore with invigorating flows and have fun on your mat.
Amy also owns Darwins restaurant in Dublin city centre. She brings the yin and yang balance found on the mat into the demanding restaurant business.
Amy truly believes that ‘To teach is to learn twice’ and is a life long student.
